Returns without leaving your home

Since we usually work via Bpost, you do not have to go to a post office or Bpost collection point to return your package.
You can give this to the postman if you meet the following conditions:
- Your package must be ready for shipping with our shipping or return label stuck to it.
- Your package may not weigh more than 30 kg.
- The postman will only accept your package if he has to deliver another package to your address. So you can't just leave it at your mailbox.
