je suis français et je ne comprends pas le néerlandais donc sur le site internet en français je pouvais remplir le panier mais je ne pouvais pas réaliser la commande.
mais après avoir dialogué via WhatsApp et par téléphone avec le vendeur Olivier, il a effectué la commande à ma place.
le vendeur Olivier est très professionnel et a donné satisfaction à toutes nos questions et nos demandes.
je regrette de ne pas avoir pensé acheter l'antivol de tête d'attelage et le sabot pour la roue.
la remorque a déjà été utilisée pour transporter un mètre cube de bois sans aucune difficulté. elle est très facile à tracter.
je suis pleinement satisfait de cet achat.
je suis venu au dépôt en Belgique chercher la remorque contre paiement par carte bancaire.
