Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 15 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 15 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Return Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- that have been custom-made by the business according to the consumer's specifications;
- that are clearly personal in nature.
- Example A: custom-made tarpaulins or covers in a color of your choice.
- Example B: a duplicate certificate of conformity specifically matching the chassis number of the customer's trailer;
- that cannot be returned via regular courier services due to their nature – examples include trailers;
- that can spoil or age quickly;
- whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market beyond the business's control;
- for individual newspapers and magazines;
- for audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken by the consumer;
- for hygiene products whose seal has been broken by the consumer;
- for long and heavy items collected from the warehouse. These must be returned to the same warehouse;
- For long and heavy items delivered via the OTOO service (local delivery). These items can be picked up again by OTOO. The customer is responsible for the cost of this service.
Warranty
Trailers have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
The statutory warranty provisions apply to electronic devices.
