When can I pick up my order?
After you place the order, we will get to work. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a notification via the webshop that you can collect it.

Are trailers shipped?
We deliver trailers to homes within a radius of 100 km from the Zwevegem region (West Flanders, Belgium)
Are all items shipped?
We currently only ship items with a maximum size of 150 cm or a maximum of 30 kg via regular courier services.
Trailers, haulm racks, ramps, etc. can be:
- collected from our warehouse by appointment
- delivered to your home via the delivery option 'local delivery'. The price is determined based on the distance from our warehouse to the delivery address.
Can I come and have a look on site?
You can view everything on site in our warehouse, order it and take it home.
We do work by appointment for this. You can schedule this at calendly.com/otoo .
How fast do you ship?
We ship everything as soon as possible. Your order will usually arrive at your home within a few working days.
How can I pay?
- Online payment via the webshop, or
- Pay with bancontact upon collection on site, or
- Pay in cash - maximum EUR 3000 - upon collection on site, or
- Pay in advance by bank transfer - we will send you the invoice with a structured statement
