How to choose the right loading ramp?

Several factors determine the correct loading ramp or set of loading ramps.
 
For the correct load capacity, we take into account:
The length of the wheelbase (distance between the front and rear axles of the vehicle);
The weight of the vehicle to be moved.
 
To determine the correct length, we recommend the following formula:

• L = H / C x100
• L = Length
• H = Height
• C = % gradient

Please note: An incline angle of 16.5° must not be exceeded. This is equivalent to a gradient of 30%.
We allow a tolerance for the loading height of +/- 100mm
 
Example:

• Length = (H = 750 mm / C = 30) X 100 = 2500 mm
• Length = (H = 850 mm / C = 30) X 100 = 2833 mm
• Length = (H = 650 mm / C = 30) X 100 = 2166 mm
