How to choose the right loading ramp?

To determine the right loading ramp or set of loading ramps, several factors are decisive.
 
For the correct load capacity, we take into account:
The length of the wheelbase (distance between the front and rear axles of the vehicle);
The weight of the vehicle to be moved.
 
To determine the correct length, we recommend the following formula:

• L = H / C x100
• L = Length
• H = Height
• C = % incline

Please note: An angle of inclination of 16.5° should not be exceeded. This is equivalent to a gradient of 30%.
We allow a tolerance for the loading height of +/- 100mm
 
Example:

• Length = (H = 750 mm / C = 30) X 100 = 2500 mm
• Length = (H = 850 mm / C = 30) X 100 = 2833 mm
• Length = (H = 650 mm / C = 30) X 100 = 2166 mm
