✅ If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you!

✅ You can exchange or return our products within 30 days*.

✅ In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a voucher, another product or your money back.

*Trailers cannot be returned unless they have not yet been used (no signs of use).

Purchased and shipped via the webshop?

Register your item(s) for return:

1. Log in to our online returns page with your email address and your order number.
2. Select the products you wish to exchange or return.
3. We will send you a return label (postage paid) via email. Print this.
4. Stick the return label on the package and return all items.
   
   

⚠️ Please note, these are the exceptions to our returns policy:

• Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
• All tags must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging.
• Items must not show any visible signs of use.

Order purchased and collected from our warehouse?

Simply return your order to our warehouse ( by appointment ).

Or you can return it via a postal or courier service.

✅ Upon payment, we can create the return label for you.

Please note - an item that cannot be sent via conventional post or courier due to size or weight cannot be returned via this method. Examples of this are trailers, items weighing more than 40KG, bulky items such as 250cm ramps etc.
